Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond to communication in a timely manner, and cooperate throughout the onboarding and implementation process. You are responsible for the compliance of your ad accounts, CRMs, and business systems with applicable regulations.
3. Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from AlgoSync via SMS, email, or phone regarding your account, campaigns, and service updates. You may opt out at any time.
4. Payments & Billing
All services require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment terms for ongoing services or retainers will be outlined in your service agreement. Late or missed payments may result in service interruption or cancellation.
5. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Setup fees and campaign work already delivered are non-refundable.

All materials, systems, and content provided by AlgoSync are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
AlgoSync is not liable for any damages, losses, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our services. While we strive to deliver results, all marketing and automation carries inherent risk.
